The home embroider or small business embroider can still use their small spool stash when using the Small Spool Embroidery Adaptor on their Melco Amaya Bravo, XT or XTS embroidery machine.
The embroider making the transition from a single needle machine to a Melco Amaya Bravo, XT or XTS quickly discovers that many of the spools of threads used on the single needle machine will not fit on the multi needle machine. This is because Melco, in an effort to provide a guide path for the thread on the Amaya uses small diameter plastic tubing. This plastic tubing protects the thread and prevents tangles nicely, but the Amaya spool spindles that hold the spool and lead the thread from the spool to the tube are larger in diameter than the thread spool center. It is the width of the spindle that makes it impossible to use many thread spools.
The Small Spool Embroidery Adaptor (S-SEA) changes this! The Small Spool Embroidery Adaptor is a device that fits over the existing Amaya spool spindle and allows the small diameter spools to feed into the Amaya’s plastic tube and follow the same path that the thread would normally have taken.
The Small Spool embroidery Adaptor is color coordinated with the Amaya machine to compliment the machine.
The Small Spool Embroidery Adaptor is handcrafted in the USA!!
No special tools are needed and no assembly is required. The SSEA can be moved to different needle positions as needed. The use of the SSEA in no way alters or damages your machine and has no affect on your warranty.
Simply slide the SSEA over the machine spool spindle as you would a regular spool of thread and you are ready to go!!
