Our digitized embroidery designs and graphics are protected under USA Federal Copyright Law & International Treaties. The original copyright of embroidery files is owned with all rights reserved by the creator of the original files, Embellishments Galore.

When you purchase or download Embellishments Galore designs you are granted a single-user license of the files to create stitch outs from them. When you purchase or download Embellishments Galore sample embroidery designs, you are granted a single user license to use the electronic file, NOT ownership of the design or files. The ownership of the design files is retained by Embellishments Galore.

The design,design files, graphic files, or any part thereof, cannot be sold, duplicated or shared in any way and are for use by the original purchaser/user only.

The user license covers the following uses: The original purchaser may stitch out the designs on finished projects for personal use, gifts or limited resale only. If the finished project items or stitch-outs are displayed for sale online or in a physical location (store), credit to Embellishments Galore and a link to our www.Embellishments-Galore.com website is required. This licenses does not entitle the original purchaser to mass production (10 or more) without specific written permissions from Embellishments Galore's owner. If you intend to produce multiple identical items (10 or more) for resale, contact us first at egcustomerservice@gmail.com for special written permission.

Transference of the embroidery files from original purchaser to any other person or group is strictly prohibited. Embellishments Galore will vigorously pursue prosecution of copyright violations.

You may not lend, give, share or sell the files to anyone else EVER. You may not change, add to, delete parts of, or alter the files and then call them your own. You must contact Embellishments Galore directly to arrange updates to our legal sales records if you are the recipient of Embellishments Galore by inheritance. Documentation will be required to update the legal sales records. You cannot send the designs or design files via email or transfer by any other method to another digitizer or embroiderer to be split, converted to a different file format or changed in any way.

Any alteration requests should be directed to egcustomerservice@gmail.com Additional specific copyright policies of the copyright owner (Embellishments Galore) may be included in the download and will supersede the policies listed in this document.

Shipping Information:

All items are carefully packed and shipped directly from our facility in Massachusetts. Your order should arrive at your destination address within 7-10 business days, depending on your location. We will process your order within 3 business days. We will inform you if an item is out of stock and cannot ship within this time frame. If something is out of stock, we will always give you the best information on anticipated delivery dates, or we will let you know of another item that is very similar and will make a good substitute if you are interested.

Please note, we do not include an invoice or any pricing information in your packed order, only a pack list of contents is enclosed with each shipment.

We ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority. If you have a PO Box or would like us to ship another method, please email us (egcustomerservice@gmail.com) for additional options and costs.
